Founded in 1992, Kadalora started as a small family business, focusing solely on pizza delivery to cater to the local community. In 2003, under new management, a brand expansion began. Significant restructuring was carried out in administration, service, and product quality, leading to partnerships with renowned suppliers and the use of top-quality ingredients.

The term "quality" holds great significance at Kadalora, driving continuous improvement across all sectors on a daily basis. To enhance communication and service excellence further, a Call Center was established for ease of daily telephone orders, as well as handling feedback. Partnerships with online ordering platforms were formed, and a dedicated mobile app for both IOS and Android was developed.

Thanks to these efforts, Kadalora stands out as one of the few pizzerias in Brazil with a streamlined system for orders and deliveries, providing customers with dedicated attention and service.
